Welcome to the Planned Giving and Endowment Survey

SURVEY OBJECTIVES:

  1. To provide your congregation with a statistical “lay of the land”, a point of reference which will enable them to assess in context how they view, utilize, manage and grow their endowments, and
  2. To provide PEER with a profile of Presbyterian churches and their endowment and planned in order to understand their needs and to develop programs responsive to those needs.

The survey is rather comprehensive covering details on your church, endowment, planned giving, management and investment. Depending on your program’s details and your accessibility to information, the survey can take as little as 10 minutes for some, but it should take more time for most.

This survey pulls heavily from the 1995 PEER* survey conducted by Dr. Dean R. Hoge and Reverend Loren Mead, funded by a grant from the Lilly Endowment. We thank them for their research and stewardship.
