We are indebted to the past, to those who precede us. At the same time, we are seeds of the future, for those who will follow. Every member of Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church is encouraged to give – by bequest, through various forms of estate planning, or another form of planned gift - a "living legacy" that will provide for the church’s min-istry and missions for generations to come.

RATES DECREASE on Charitable Gift Annuities effective 1/1/2012

30 Days (from this posting) Until Rates Decline Again.  Do you have donors who might cherish the income and tax benefits from charitable gift annuities?  Year-end is a great time to get it done – especially this year!  For annuitants older than 60, one-life rates will decline by 0.5% to 0.8%, effective January 1, 2012.  See rates.  There are only 30 days left, but your denomination Foundations are standing by to help.  Why not check how easy it is to get a free proposal of gift annuity benefits right now?  How about for you personally!?  Check out your own rates on the gift calculator through
